Do you accept insurance?

I am currently an out-of-network provider. Insurance companies may reimburse you for a significant portion of our sessions. I give clients a “superbill”, an electronic document/PDF which will allow you to submit the claim to your insurance. Please follow up with your insurance carrier for more specific information about deductibles, co-pays, and the reimbursement process.

What are your rates?

Initial intake session(s) 60-minutes or 90-minutes- $325 or $490, respectively

45-minute therapy appointments- $250

60-minute therapy appointments-$325

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes, telehealth appointments are offered. Dr. Kichline is currently licensed in MD, DC, and VA. She also is part of PSYPACT and can see patients in the 40 participating states included in PSYPACT: https://psypact.gov/page/psypactmap

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Appointments should be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. With the exception of severe illness or an emergency, failure to cancel the appointment will result in a full charge for the missed appointment. Please note that insurance companies typically do not reimburse for late cancellations/no-shows.
